No phone number, no transferable account
Most overseas-entity mini programs cannot obtain phone numbers. Different entities have no account migration, the old mini program cannot redirect users, and OpenIDs do not carry over.
When an overseas-entity mini program changes provider, or moves to a new mini program under a different entity, WeChat offers no account migration and member phone numbers are often unavailable. AcrossFlow helps design the re-linking and asset migration path.
When a business changes its mini-program, SaaS provider, or operating entity, customer records and membership benefits may be difficult to connect safely to the new environment.
Most overseas-entity mini programs cannot obtain phone numbers. Different entities have no account migration, the old mini program cannot redirect users, and OpenIDs do not carry over.
Points, membership tiers, and stored-value balances need clear mapping and validation rules.
Permissions, customer consent, rollback, audit trails, and exception handling matter as much as data transfer.
We are validating the workflow with businesses facing a real platform transition. The first step is to understand your systems, available data, and constraints.
We first assess whether source data can be accessed lawfully, whether platforms permit the proposed flow, and how users can be matched with appropriate consent. We do not promise every balance or identifier can be transferred.
Do not submit customer lists, OpenIDs, tokens, passwords, or other sensitive production data through this form.
An exported OpenID looks like a customer key. It only unlocks one app. A short read on what that means before a migration.
The member export looks complete: every row has an ID, a points balance, and a join date. Then the new platform tries to use it. Why the identifier in column A is not the customer, and how to test the gap before you commit.

This notice covers the inquiry form on this page. We do not use advertising cookies. Page views are counted by a cookieless analytics service that does not track you across sites; apart from that, only your theme preference and the campaign parameters from the link that brought you here are stored in your browser.
The fields you fill in: name, work email, company or product name, current platform, approximate member count, assets to preserve, expected timing, indicative budget, and any notes. The form also records the submission time, page language, the page you submitted from, your browser user-agent, and the campaign parameters in the link that brought you here (UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content). We do not accept customer identifiers, member exports, credentials, or payment data — please do not send them.
To understand demand for AcrossFlow, see which channels bring inquiries, and reply to your inquiry. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.
Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database hosted by our cloud provider and are accessible only to the AcrossFlow team. Records are deleted once they are no longer needed for this purpose, or sooner if you ask.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your inquiry at any time. Email support@acrossflow.com using the address you submitted, and we will action it. If we cannot verify the request, we may ask you to confirm first.

It can still be feasible, but not by matching on phone numbers. The starting point is the identifiers you do have: a UnionID under the same WeChat Open Platform account, a member card or order number the customer can prove, a verified email, or a re-linking step in the old system. If none of those exist, some members will not be matchable — that is a finding to report, not a problem to hide.
No. WeChat's account migration eligibility rules exclude overseas-entity accounts, and different entities have no platform-level migration. The new entity registers a new mini program, and members re-link to it; the old app is not redirected automatically.
No. Feasibility depends on source-data access, platform APIs and permissions, identity matching, applicable law, and platform terms.
Not for the initial inquiry. Please share only high-level details. Never submit credentials, tokens, customer identifiers, or member exports through this form.
AcrossFlow is validating customer needs and technical feasibility. This page is an early concept, not a claim that a production migration service is currently available.
Pricing is not finalized. Cost depends on member volume, asset types, source and target systems, data quality, and implementation work.
